Hypertrophy to the common person simple means muscle building, it’s is the name given when you aim and train to add muscle to your body or becoming huge!
How it works?
When you workout, you tear your muscle fibres. During rest and recoverery your fibres repair by becoming thicker and stronger, this leading to having bigger, thicker muscles.
Best way to train to get big?
Repetition – Adding muscle volume to your body can be done in many ways, the most common form is working at a repetition range of 12. The simplest way to work out which weight you should be using is you should be having a real struggle to complete the 12 repetition.
Compound excerises are the bad boys of exercises, they are simply an exercise which crosses 2 or more joints. E.g Deadlifts, Squats & Shoulder Press. Can you guess any more?
When should I start?
