The more muscle we can activate and tone, the quicker we can really get the body we want
So here we go: 5 Exercises to TONE up and SHAPE your legs!

1. Hip Raises. They are an AMAZING exercise for your bottom.
2. Squats. Go as low as you can to really benefit from these
3. Twisting Lunges. Combining the legs with the core, these really help with balance and staying strong on your feet
4. Calf Raises. These are great for the high heel users out there and any behind closed door users 😉
5. Step Ups. These make everyday chores a doodle as your legs will quickly be toned and strengthened to battle anything!

10 Reps of each, followed by a minute break and repeat 3 times!
