where eating me a live so I kind of

rushed what I was saying

Any way back to the ‘5 Food Tips

for Incredible Results’

1. Breaking the Fast or for short

Breakfast, yes that right. If you don’t

break the fast from sleeping your body

will have no fuel to power you through

the day, never mind having to take the

kids to school, tidy up and then head

to work

2. Carbs – Carbs/Protein – Protein, this

is how your meals change throughout the

day. In the morning you eat Carbs, why?

because they provide you with energy.

Then as you go through the day, you move

into protein, why? you now need to repair

your body

3. Try not to snack at night, most snack

are high in carbs as we just learn energy. So

if you are pumping loads of energy into your

body at night, it will need to be burnt. The

problem is when you sleep you don’t burn,

you repair. Therefore it will simply turn into

Fat

4. Drink Water in the Morning, thats right

just water or green tea. The minute you wake

it is the most important thing you can do is

drink, firstly it removes all the sleep chemicals

in your body and secondly it help waken and

gets you moving out of the dehydration

phase which slowssss you down.

5. Eat small and often, no matter how small

just eat. If you don’t eat your body goes into

starvation mode and will then begin to store

anything that goes into your body as fat.

So just eat!
