1. Empty the Cupboards. This is a bit like a spring clean, go through your cupboards and take out all the things that will stop a transformation and bin them.
2. Bin Anything Left Around. This is very similar to the first point, but bin any empty boxes of treats and foods or anything that will make you want them. >> Out Of Site, Out Of Mind <<
3. Pick 10 Meal You Love. Getting the food right, counts for as much as 70-80% of a transformation, this is where I get them to write down 10 Breakfast, Lunches, Dinners, and Snacks that they love and are perfect for a Transformation.
4. Put Them Into a Weekly Meal Plan. Now you have your meals, start to plan out a weekly food plan. If you want to be specific, you can write down every single meal.
This will help stop you from having takeaways, eating the foods you shouldn’t and not eating.
5. Schedule Your Favourite Day. There is one food that you live without right? Maybe that isn’t good for your transformation?
Let’s schedule that day into your plan, this will stop you from going crazy off course if you can still have it. Don’t go over the top with it, enjoy it.
