How did you find yesterday email on losing weight in the morning?
Now we have had breakfast, done a short workout and approaching lunch time
Lets talk about losing weight during the day:
If this is no possible then it is time to think about what we can buy at lunch time. We need to opt for anything that doesn’t have a years sell by date, this means no crips, no tinned food. Only fresh and healthy foods. Try a salad with chicken or a fresh made soup

This meant when she got hungry, she would snack on the protein bar. This stopped her having high sugary/calorie snack that would make her feel tired
