How did you find yesterday email on losing weight in the morning?

These are all the same things I get my Southampton UnstoppableWOMEN & Online Inner Circle to do each day

Now we have had breakfast, done a short workout and approaching lunch time

Lets talk about losing weight during the day:

First up is actually having lunch, these is so much out there that you can choose from but my main suggestion would be taking lunch with you

If this is no possible then it is time to think about what we can buy at lunch time. We need to opt for anything that doesn’t have a years sell by date, this means no crips, no tinned food. Only fresh and healthy foods. Try a salad with chicken or a fresh made soup

2. Make the water do the work. The minute you get dehydrated things go wrong, you snack more, you make bad choice and you feel more tired

This mean staying hydrated is key to having a transformation, I get my Southampton UnstoppableWOMEN & Online Inner Circle to drink 4-6 litters a day depending on the activity level. Take a bottle with you to work and keep track of the amount

3. A little tasty treat, I love this one and this is one, one of my AMAZING clients used to hit her 4 stone weight loss. She took around a small protein bar with her everywhere

This meant when she got hungry, she would snack on the protein bar. This stopped her having high sugary/calorie snack that would make her feel tired

4. Keep moving. All the girls now try to hit 10,000 steps a day as a personal challenge. This may seem like a lot, but those steps quickly add up and 10,000 steps is 5 massive miles!

This small trick will quickly get those legs and bums toned 😉

5. What is it you want? I need you to go find a picture of a piece of clothing you really want to buy and use this to stop you from wanting to take one of those treats a colleague has brought in to work.

Having a song enough why is massive and it is the first thing I get all the ladies to do when they join the Southampton UnstoppableWOMEN & Online Inner Circle. Find what your why is and use it to stop you from making back choices
