Here at DKnine Fitness, we ONLY work with Men over the age of 30. The reason for this is simple, WE GET IT!

We get what it is like to have to come home after a stressful day at work and have to cook for the whole family. We get that most days, you struggle to find the energy to do the things YOU want to do.

We get that you have let yourself go because you are now further down the list of important people in your family.

The minute you sign up, we will send out your welcome pack. This a guide about everything you need to know about the 6 week challenge, helping calm any worries about the challenge. It also looks at nutrition, to mindset, to staying motivate and most of all getting the results. Plus a few extra bonus gifts!

28 Day Meal Plans

When it comes to food, we have you covered! For your initial 4 weeks, we show you what to eat for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. Not to mention shopping lists, cooking instructions and much more. These are foods a 5 years old could help with!

Over 600 Recipes

Your family is involved in this too, that why after your initial 4 weeks we then give you access to over 600 recipes ideas the whole family and dog will love. Including Smoothie, Snack, Treats, Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinner and more!

3 Men ONLY Sessions Per Week

What I haven’t mentioned yet, is that you come into our PRIVATE, CLIENTS ONLY STUDIO. There is no staring, no judging, no running. Just you and 3 other men just like you toning up, tightening up and building bigger arms. There is over 48 Session a week to choose from, 7 days a week starting at 6.30am to 9.15pm, you simply pick and choose. (Full list available further down)

Each day we support, motive, encourage and push you in the support group. We are here to answer your questions and make sure you are on track.

Weekly Online Training

Each week you will be sent a brand new 6 week challenge training, on making this a Life Long Transformation. We look at Mindset, Motivation, Emotions and much more

Weekly Online Checkin

We as much as you, need to know that you are getting the results YOU WANT. Therefore every week, we will be sending out an Online Checkin sheet to keep track of how well you are coming on.

Daily Challenges

Daily challenge leads to prizes, if you complete them all then you have something special coming your way! The aim is simple, to build daily habits that can make a big difference to your transformation.

Here Are Just A Few Things That Are Part Of The 6 Week Challenge

Here Are The Sessions Time

There are 48 sessions a week to choose from. You simply pick any 3 you want, you can mix & match and change as often as you wish:

Monday – Friday: 6.15am, 7.00am, 7.45am, 10.45am, 4.45pm, 7.00pm, 8.30pm & 9.15pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8.15am, 10.30am, 11.15am

Where Are The Sessions Held?

Sessions are held at our PRIVATE TRAINING STUDIO, this is not like a typical gym as it is ONLY my clients that are allowed in.

What Is A Men Only Body Transformation Session?

Sessions are held in small groups of no more than 4 men at once.

You will have a personal trainer coaching you every step of the way. There is no running or being sick.

Just bigger arms, bigger chests & lots of results.

What If I'm Fat/Unfit?

Many of our guys start out not being able to do much, requiring regular breaks and alternative exercises.

Nobody will be judging if that is the case with yourself, as many have been there. If you’re already fit, we structure our sessions in a way that is challenging for everyone and nobody feels left behind.

We also encourage everyone to take their first sessions at 60%, just so you can get a feel for the environment and familiarise yourself with the exercises. If you’re ever unsure, don’t be afraid to ask!

How Does The Nutrition Work?

We have a weekly focus each week, this will be lifestyle/ diet related, via videos, e-mail and a support group, we will coach you throughout the process, so you create habits step by step, as opposed to drastic changes from day 1.

We also have our own recipe book, so you won’t be short of ideas on what to eat! Nor will you have to be too rigid, we believe a diet that is strategically inclusive of the foods you enjoy is most sustainable!

How Much Is The 6 Week?

The whole 6 week challenge is £200

That’s just £11.11 per session or £4.76 per day… You couldn’t even hire a trainer once per week for that, yet with us, you get the whole system and a proven access a transformation.
