That day you jump on the scales and think, wow how have I got that heavy is a very popular day with the ladies I speak to all the time.

So I have decided to put together a short guide to what you need to do when you have this moment:

Love – Love your food
Weight loss doesn’t require you to eat just salad, it is very easy to eat yourself slimmer.
Start by not judging what you are eating, this will stop you from eating and results in your gaining weight. Next note down the food your love and track them, aim for carbs at around 40-50% of your daily intake.

Lift – Move heavy stuff around:
As a lady one of the best ways to boost your energy levels and drop those pounds is by lifting weight. Simply because the more muscle you can turn back on, the more calories you burn just like with the squats.
You don’t even need to go to the gym, a quick home workout such as a body weight workout will get the results you are desperate for

Snack – Is this good for me?
When you get a bit peckish and want a quick snack, I need you to ask yourself the question: “Is this good for me?”
Because we have already talked out sugar and food, planning your snacks should be easy as long as you always ask yourself that question

Sugar – Reduce the amount you have:
Sugar these days is an everything and can be tracked down to the reason many of us gain weight. Sugar massively effects insulin response but also has tons of calories in it, the more we have the more calories we consume. Lower the sugar, lower the calories

Squat – Do you want a bum?
If you want a bottom and a smaller dress size, then doing squats is a great start. Squats activate so many muscle in your legs, that they tone up and shape your bottom.
Plus using so many muscle means you burn more calories, leading to a smaller dress size in just a week or 2

Work – Don’t multi task, focus on the plan
If you decide that working out is your thing, then I need you to workout and not text or tweet at the same time.
Being serious about getting the results requires you to work for it, you can get a very good session done in half and hour. Texting and tweeting at the same time will make the session last longer and slow the results

Water – Drink more of it:
This is by far the biggest reason we snack, because we are dehydrated. Once you fall into this state your concentration drops, meaning you make bad food choices.
Aim to drink 2-3 litter a day, thats only 5 smallish glasses a day
