Wednesdays email is usually a workout you can do for the week,
Instead I have to tell you about the email subject “999 – There is a Cow on the Loose”
Driving home from the cinemas last night
Out the corner of my eye, we spot a cow on the side of the road
What a guy!! Although he broke out and is in a rather dangerous place
This cow has stepped out from the crowed in order for something better
I called the police and let them know about
So what has this go to do with weight loss and helping you transform your body
Well very simply,
You need to take a leaf out of this cows book
He stepped outside of his comfort zone, change can only happens when you step outside of your comfort zone
He stopped letting other hold him back,
He put himself first for a change, if you are not 100% then you can give 100% to others
