The final step is to get you booked in for a coffee, studio tour & chat, plus if you would like a 45 minute intro session. We can then tell you more about the programme, how DKnine Fitness works and also give you a chance to try a session.

Please be aware if you are wanting to book an intro session, they run on the hour between 6am – 11am, then half hour from 3.30pm – 7.30pm
