AMAZING 6 Week Results

This client has been with us for a year now, always doing 5/6 workouts a week, but this last 6 weeks she REALLY wanted to see how far she could push herself.

Every single day she sent me her MyFitnessPal reports, held herself accountable to eat regular meals and not binge when she got home after a stressful day at work (most days are stressful for her) BUT she never let that be an excuse.

In the 6 weeks, she has sold a house and moved into a new house and STILL got these results
