We’re having a great week here at DKnine Fitness. We are seeing great results and have a nutrition evening tonight planned for our clients. 

Firstly, we want to say a huge well done ???? to Sue, Julys team training Member of The Month ???????? 

She’s only been a member for 3 weeks, but she has been an absolute superstar so far, staying consistent, throwing herself into anything ( Some serious Zumba Moves! ????????) and working REALLY hard! ⬇️
