Each month, the Lean Mean
SuperMUMs are required to do a
A mile that can be done in 3
1- Run of course
A mixture of option 1 & 2 is what most
people do… with a simple aim of
beating last months time.
And guess what?
Each month, these SuperMUMs beat
there previous times.
Time and Time again
Before there first mile, I often hear
– I haven’t ran since I was in school
– or I use to do a lot with netball
– or since having kids I haven’t
even though about running
They then finish the mile, note down
there scores and send them in to me
So what is the point of doing a monthly
Well, after all it is only 1 mile and this is
the only running they do each month
There is no other running involved with
Lean Mean SuperMUM
But each month, the SuperMUMs do it
and beat there times… how?
Well through competition, your aim
is simply to beat your time from last
Even by 1 second is a success
I have even had a client tag me on
Facebook telling me she wanted to beat
her time from the previous day and did
it by 30 seconds
You see it is Competition and Challenges
that pushes people in life…
