When it comes to weight loss, it is essential you are eating correctly
And I don’t mean NOT EATING
Eating correctly can get you almost all the way to your goals
Thats right… Eating right will get you to about 70% of your goal
So if you are not eating right, then you are in big trouble
Use these small tips and lets get you there!
You must have breakfast – This helps break up the fast from your sleep and activate the metabolism. Essentially getting your body for the day ahead.
Stay off the High Sugary Foods – Eating high sugary food will mess with your insulin levels, this is not good. It creates an insulin response which is a fat storage hormone. This will lead to you putting on body fat day after day and leaves you craving more carbs and sugar.
Your Insulin comes from your pancreas, if you over use it you will end up with Type 2 Diabetes.
Drink water, often – By not drinking water you blood will thicken, slowing down your movement. Staying hydrated get you feeling alive and fresh.
Eat at least 4-5 small meals a day – I speak to so many busy ladies who tell me they only eat 1 real meal a day. This activates a caveman diet which stores fat. So when you eat again is turns straight into fat. You will start to feel slow and tired all the time eating this way.
Eating this way will help balance out your insulin responses and it will stop you feeling tired every time you have something to eat. Especially around the midd afternoon.
