Burn More Fat with These 6 Steps

It may be pouring down outside and the winter closing in, but that is no reason we can’t lose a little more fat from the body in time for Christmas!

Here are 6 tips I have noted over the years which have helped with many of the transformations.

First up: Try YOGA!
Yoga is perfect for helping you decrease your stress levels, maybe you have been stuck in traffic or the kids are driving you crazy.
A 30-minute yoga session can quickly bring down your stress levels and aid your transformation.
Increased stress = Increase weight!
So give yoga a try as a way to unwind.

Second on the list is: Pushing, Pulling & Moving Heavy things!
What I mean is lifting weights. Not only does lifting weight increase and speeds up your metabolism, it also tones up your body.
By pushing, pulling and moving heavy things, your body muscles start to tone up. This quickly helps you burn more fat, increase your energy levels and get you back in your favourite clothes.

Third up: Do it fast 😉
Following on from the last one of lifting weights, to really burn the body fat and tone up, we need to push your fitness levels right up.
This means introducing an interval style type of training into your daily routine. This is also the exact type of training we use in our programs.
Instead of doing the old fashion 12 reps then rest, try doing as many of them as you can in a 30-second interval.
This not only get you back in those old clothes quicker but also gives you that massive energy boost you need!

Four: WD40 for the joins!
The human version of WD40 is Omega 3, which can be found in FISH.
Fish is packed with Omega 3 & Protein.
Omega 3, helps looks after your joints. While Protein helps repair the muscle tones your body up.
WIN – WIN!!

Fifth on the list is: Going GREEN!
This can be from drinking Green Tea to aid your body toning or drinking green smoothie to fill you up.
Green Tea helps speed up your metabolism, therefore 1 or 2 a day will make all the difference. While a green smoothie will help keep your Carbs level down and increase your daily intake of the greens.

Sixth: Increase Protein!
We covered a little of this with the Omega 3 and Fish.
Protein is massive when it comes to aiding your transformation and I don’t mean protein powder.
Simply increase your intake of meat, fish, eggs, pulses, and legumes will give your body the push in the right direction when it comes to food.
A higher protein diet will aid the muscles to repair quicker, keep your Carbs levels down and overall help speed up your results.
