Confidence has to be the biggest thing I hear all the time for ladies and men that come in to see me, but the one thing everyone has is common is:

So here is how you can start to build that confidence to wear what you want: 1. Change your mindset! If you have a negative mindset, not matter what is happening you will always think the worse. Something so small as thinking that cup of tea doesn’t look right, this will automatically make it the worst cup you have ever had. >> Changing your Mindset will Change your Confidence <<
2. Lower your cortisol levels (de-stress)
Stress causes so many negative effects in the body, from gaining weight, to not eating & negative mindset.
Have a look at your life to see where you can reduce your stress levels to make life easier and simpler.
This will automatically help you feel more confident and full of life!
3. Go find the compliments!
There are people you know that will always compliment you no matter what, these are the people you want to hang out with.
These people will always get you to smile, feel great and full of confidence. This will turn on your Unstoppable Mode!
The more they tell you positive thing, the more confident you will start to feel.
