After a well deserved Christmas break, we are inviting all of our members to come down and get motivated again. Kelly will have a quick presentation on nutrition ???? and the rest of the team will be here to have a mindset/motivation chat ???????? Our New Year resolution is to help even MORE people in 2020 get to their goal ???????? Most of the people we help thought they would never have time or know how to do it, but we show you the way that works, the way that fits in with your everyday busy life.
Karolyn has completed 65 sessions at DKnine Fitness. Plus, she is 3 stone down! Karolyn has worked very very hard for these results. Really keeping a close eye on nutrition and sometimes coming to the gym twice in one day! She is an inspiration ????
Huw has completed 260 sessions! He is one of our Small Group members. He comes in most days after work and on a Saturday morning. He predominantly weight trains and loves that our Small Group sessions provide personal training at a lower cost. Well done Huw – keep working hard!
