Another great week here at DKnine Fitness has us feeling really excited about the future. We are always looking for new ways to improve and to grow. We have welcomed a new trainer called Tim and can’t wait for him to get to know everyone!

So, next time you think perhaps you can’t afford it…If you stop to consider all the money you may spend on takeaways, coffee, alcohol and junk food…the chances are you would be able to invest this money into your health. And health is priceless. Our Small Group PT sessions provide all the benefits of personal training, at less cost!

We are child friendly

Are you trying to juggle childcare, work and exercising? ???? We know this can be really tough. This is why we started DKnine Fitness. We run Monday to Friday sessions from 6.15am to 7pm, Saturday morning sessions and even sometimes a Sunday too! ????‍♂️ And to top it all off, we are child-friendly ????
