Last week we started a little new tradition. I (Elsie) have spent a lot of my spare time baking and then posting it in our members area. Everyone replies in the comments with their most recent bakes and we are LOVING it.
While we are a gym and we support fitness and healthy nutrition…baking is a great escape for many people and as long as portion size is in control, we fully support enjoying a slice of home made cake now and again!
