This week we have all continued to work towards some common goals. Weight loss, improvements in mental and physical health, me-time and increased energy. The list goes on, and everyone has their different reasons, but the support and community feel remains the same. Plus, we’re working hard before our Christmas party which is next weekend – We cant wait! ????

Why We’re Worth The Travel

Often people very well suited to our programme get in touch and express that they feel the location is too far away. If it is a corporate gym that you’re looking for, then I am sure a lot of people can find one around the corner or within a 10 minute drive. What we offer is different, and this is why people are willing to travel that little bit further. Come and find out why we’re worth it!

You Deserve Time For Yourself

With Christmas coming up a few people looking to join have expressed that they are prioritising others over themselves but will start next year. We understand Christmas is a tough time of year for many people, but this doesn’t mean you are not important. You deserve time for yourself. If you are not 100% others miss out. Setting aside 3 hours a week and investing in a programme is something you deserve and need, to be the best possible version of yourself. ⠀

Marc – Novembers Member of the Month – Well done Marc! Marc is part of our Small Group PT Programme and we wouldn’t imagine it without him now. He always works hard and brings positive energy to the group.

Mike’s Results –  He has worked hard to achieve this transformation and one of his motivations was a tough time at school and to prove the bullys wrong. He consistently comes 5 days a week, motivates everyone around him and we can’t wait to see him in his new suit at the Christmas party! Are you ready to get results like Michaels?

Are you ready to join us? There are 25 days between now and the new year, that’s on average, 75 meals. You might have 10 bad meals over the Christmas period…what about the other 65? Christmas is not a good excuse! Dont wait until after Christmas to start feeling good.
