DKnine Fitness Newsletter (08.03.2020)

It is the first week of March and we have not held back. We have asked our clients to keep a diary of everything they did. From exercise to eating, to sleeping. While this is optional it helps us to hold those who opt in, accountable ????????

Plus, we have had our new Head Coach of Small Group PT start! Jon is going to take our Small Group Programme to the next level ???????? Plus, new session times are coming…12pm & 8pm sessions

Here at DKnine we will continue to improve and to grow. Watch this space!

Here at DKnine we run group sessions! Why? It’s social, fun, friendly and increases motivation All of the above increases the likelihood of you sticking with it and making life long changes you’ve always dreamt of making. PLUS, we are child-friendly and offer nutrition support & full accountability. Everything you need to get you started on your fitness journey

An experience from one of our clients: “I sat outside a “Normal” Gym and watched Fit people walk in the door and i couldn’t bring myself to go in, I always felt like i wouldn’t fit in. My heart was in my throat at the thought of looking silly or unfit”. You don’t have to feel like that at DKnine, we have fit people & unfit people BUT their reason for joining is always the same, they want to be the best they can be, we know its scary but you will always feel welcomed and safe here ???? “Being Over 30s ONLY definitely helps everyone feel more confident” ????????

Client Shoutouts

Kayleigh – February Team Training Member of The Month ???? One of the funniest & nicest people you could meet, we love having you as part of the community ???? Well Done Kayleigh ????

Steve – Steve is a go-getter! Every day he comes in, pops his head around the office door and says hello and then goes out there and pushes himself beyond the 45-minute sessions! He joined in January but has become a strong member of the community ????????

Are you ready to join us? We’re in our 3rd month of 2020 already! Whats one thing you’re looking to achieve this month?
