It is the first week of March and we have not held back. We have asked our clients to keep a diary of everything they did. From exercise to eating, to sleeping. While this is optional it helps us to hold those who opt in, accountable ????????
 
Plus, we have had our new Head Coach of Small Group PT start! Jon is going to take our Small Group Programme to the next level ???????? Plus, new session times are coming…12pm & 8pm sessions
