Another amazing week at DKnine Fitness ???????? Goals hit, weight, inches and body fat gone, friendships made and fun had! On the 16th we are visiting the Cardiff Christmas Markets for a drink and a bit of shopping. DKnine is a community, inside and outside of the gym.

Do you feel like going to the gym is a punishment? It doesn’t have to be this way.

Exercise increases your confidence, your immune system will improve, you’ll have more energy, you’ll be physically and mentally stronger and your brain will feel less foggy! You don’t have to exercise but you should choose to, and want to for all of the above reasons ⬆️ How can we make it feel less like a punishment? PT led sessions, surrounded by likeminded people with similar goals to you, fun, support and accountability ????

 

A message to all of our lovely current and future clients

Yesterday one of our lovely ladies said ‘I wish I looked like my daughter, she has slim legs and a beautiful figure’ 

To which I replied ‘But is she 20 and has she had children?’

She said ‘Yes shes young and no, but that is no excuse’ 

I replied ‘It is an excuse not to look like her, but it isn’t an excuse to not be the best possible version of yourself’

The point I’m trying to make is that your goals have to be achievable and they have to be realistic. Comparing yourself to others, especially those half your age and without life experience reduces motivation. Aim to be the best possible version of yourself.

There is still time to lose a dress size before Christmas ???????? How badly do you want it?

Fitness should be a priority ???????? Can’t workout 4/5 times a week? What about 2/3? Can’t walk 10k steps a day? What about 7k? You don’t have to be perfect but you do need to be consistent. Consistently making good choices = results.
