Good afternoon everyone. 

We hope you have all had a nice weekend in the sun after a very rainy week here in Wales. Luckily, the weather never gets us down! We run outdoor 1-2-1’s come rain or shine…thanks to our trusty gazebos, motivated clients and our trainers Jon & Mike ????????

We’ve also had some super yummy new recipes come in. We can’t wait to try them. These add to the other 800+ recipes we have on our members site ????
