Something to think about this afternoon…Very often people come to DKnine for their consultation and tell us they hate gyms, hate exercise, and don’t think they’re going to enjoy it ever…And yet, they’re here for their consultation, they join our 6 week programme and then they join onto monthly. Why? Because we are different! So, give something new a try, yes it will be scary, but if you don’t try you will never see change and get the results you want ????????

Why Your Daily Routine May Not Be Working

Here at DKnine we always ask people to set realistic goals and not to expect them immediately. However, after 3-4 weeks you should be noticing a few changes. If this isn’t the case…there could be a few reasons why your daily routine might not be working:

You aren’t pushing yourself
You’re not sleeping enough
You’re not hydrating properly
You are maintaining a poor diet

STOP comparing yourself to other people – we are all guilty of this!

It’s very easy to get caught up looking at other peoples results and wondering how they did it, what they ate, how many days a week they exercised etc.

The truth is, EVERYONE is different. For some, 3 sessions a week is enough. Others like to do 4,5 or even 6 sessions.

Some want to lose weight and tend to do more cardio-based sessions. Others are more interested in building muscle and doing weight training sessions.

Some are very strict with diet and calorie count. Others have a good idea of what’s good and what’s bad and are able to control their healthy eating with a more relaxed approach.
