So, it’s Friday the 13th and we’ve got a flat tyre over here…hopefully thats the extent of our bad luck today. ANYWAY…this week we celebrated some great results, the Christmas decorations went up, we welcomed new clients looking to get started before the holidays and we have our Christmas party tomorrow! Novembers SG Member of the Month – Chris comes pretty much every morning at a consistent time with a consistent attitude. Positive, ambitious and hardworking. He trains very hard every session but the true necessity is his consistency! He’s lost 10kg within a very short time period whilst at DKnine and this will only progress as time goes on.
