Happy Valentines Day ???? Valentines is a day for appreciating your loved one…that said, we think you should do this every day! We hope everyone has a great weekend. To celebrate we’re giving out 2 free 7 day passes…drop a message if you want one! 

Plus, our January 6 week starters have just finished their programme. Today more of them will be weighed so more great results are pending…watch this space!
 
DKnine is different. We know this can all be brand new, the thought of walking in is almost enough to put many people off, its scary! BUT, I promise that as soon as you walk in, you know DKnine is different ???????? We have a community area where we hold all our consultations, catch up with members and where children can wait for their parents while they workout ????
