Each month we put on these fun FREE events for our clients to encourage everyone to build strong connections to stay motivated ????
Nutrition and Motivation Seminar
Each month we run a Nutrition & Motivation seminar for our members. We go over basic Nutrition and using tools to help maintain a healthy lifestyle such as MyFitnessPal and our own FitFab30 online programme. Having these run every 4 weeks means that any clients on our 6 Week Body Transformation course get to attend at least 2 in their time with us at DKnine Fitness, it also keeps them on the right track with their journey. The seminar lasts around an hour, with example meal plans and top tips to losing weight.
