Good afternoon everyone.
This week has been a GOOD week. After buying plenty of gazebos and copious amounts of fake grass we are now running outdoor group training sessions. We have had a fantastic response with full capacity in our sessions. So much so we’ve added more spaces.
It is a great feeling for us after so much hard work that everyone is loving the sessions and we are really enjoying seeing so many friendly faces.
When we open the actual gym at DKnine capacity will be limited so be sure to get your name on the 6 week waiting list ????????
Outdoor Group Sessions
The first session back is always the hardest ???? The realisation that you’ve lost a bit of fitness. And it’s not a great feeling. Remember this feeling and look back on it in 4 weeks. You can get fitter, feel better, become stronger in a short period of time ????

9 sessions this week – all fully booked and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone worked super hard and by the end there were a lot of red but happy faces. And this is what we love to see. Well done everyone – awesome work
