Good afternoon everyone! We are moving into our 3rd week of re-opening here at DKnine and we are so thrilled with everyone’s responses. We have welcomed over 10 new clients onto our 6 Week Programme and we’re so excited to see their results. We continue to follow all of the government guidelines, providing a fun, friendly and most importantly, safe environment for the over 30’s of Cardiff to exercise in.
Weeks Left of The Year
What are your goals for the rest of the year? Believe it or not there are 19 weeks left. If we take a week off for christmas this leaves us 18 weeks to see some awesome results – that is our 6 week course 3 times over! We recommend 3 sessions a week alongside healthy eating and a serious dose of motivation. If you are ready to put the work in, we are ready to help
