A quick reminder…here at the gym – we are cleaning EVERY single thing down after use, we have a sanitation station, anti-bacterial hand gel dispensers & a temperature check before entering. Plus, it’s more important than ever right now to be healthy & if we can help people in anyway that we can, then we will. From sessions improving your physical health to the social and fun aspects of our sessions benefiting your mental health. With so much uncertainty, giving yourself 45 minutes of the day to focus on something positive, something YOU have control over, and something that’s going to improve your health is priceless!

And that is why we always tell people to keep a close eye on their nutrition but also to make sure they still treat themselves now again
