Happy Friday Everybody!  ???????? If you’re looking at doing 3 sessions a week – Monday is the best day to get that first session DONE ???? Get motivated over the weekend and join the community.

We had great fun at our strength competition on Sunday, and after a bit of thought we have decided to start planning DKnine 2020 Games of Summer. Plus, this week it was our Holly’s birthday. Happy Birthday Holly! ❤️
 
The Countdown Has Begun
The countdown has begun, Christmas decorations may be going up and 3 months after summer ended, everyone is ready for some time off. However, now is not the time to fall off the exercise wagon! Exercising not only improves fitness but also encourages you to eat better, improves your sleep and your mental health. Perseverance is key

Shoutout to Mike!
Mike’s 200th Session! He has been doing double sessions pretty much since the beginning. He arrives at 10 past 4 (work restrictions) joins in the 4pm session and then moves straight onto the 4.45pm session. Mike is a grafter! He has already run multiple 10k obstacle races and has more lined up. Go Mike!
