This week we have had new members join, great achievements from current members, a lads night to the pub and Zumba! As usual, it has been busy but we love the atmosphere here at DKnine and wouldn’t have it any other way. How can we make next week better? We have a nutrition evening and a ladies night planned. All members welcome ????

We love handing out member of the month here at DKnine, it’s just one of many great things we do to remind our clients we value them and are really proud of all their hard work.

This is Yeme, she regularly works out with us at DKnine Fitness. She joined because she wanted to get fit and healthy in a non-judgmental, encouraging and kind environment. 

She is lovely, dedicated and a really good laugh. 

She never complains, encourages fellow members and we’re very grateful to have her.
