DKnine Fitness Newsletter (30.08.19)
This week we have had new members join, great achievements from current members, a lads night to the pub and Zumba! As usual, it has been busy but we love the atmosphere here at DKnine and wouldn’t have it any other way. How can we make next week better? We have a nutrition evening and a ladies night planned. All members welcome ????
August’s Members of the Month – Well Done Ladies ????
Amina and Pat have stayed consistent and worked hard all August.
We love handing out member of the month here at DKnine, it’s just one of many great things we do to remind our clients we value them and are really proud of all their hard work.
Plus, Massive Shoutout to Yeme
This is Yeme, she regularly works out with us at DKnine Fitness. She joined because she wanted to get fit and healthy in a non-judgmental, encouraging and kind environment.
She is lovely, dedicated and a really good laugh.
She never complains, encourages fellow members and we’re very grateful to have her.
Clients like Yeme are why we do what we do.
So, when you’re feeling de-motivated, remember WHY you started ❤️
Have you tried regular gyms but they aren’t for you? Are you looking for something different? We are always welcoming new clients and would love to welcome you to the community, so come and see for yourself!
