One of my business mentors mentioned

I should read a book called:

‘Think and Grow Rich’

So today I downloaded the audio book

version and begin listening to it

I have only listened to the first 10-15

minutes of it so far and it has a lot to do

with mindset

Such as if you believe you can do it you

will, and it you don’t think you could do

it then you cant…

This is exactly the same for you in

reaching your goals

Any way, I headed to my dads this

morning to design some flyers for him

when I said to him he should listen to

this book…

We listened for about 2 minutes, then

turned if off and begun talking about

how this happens to us when people

bring out a new diet

Some of these diet are massively

complicated, while some of them are

really easy

What is similar in all these diets is that

they all have 3 things in common:

1. Whole food are the base of the diet,

food from the ground, foods that haven’t

been altered or changed

2. Regular meals, meaning we are not

starving ourselves like the cavemen. By

eating regularly it forces your body keep

burning calories throughout the day and

not store them as fat!

3. Eating breakfast, breakfast = break the

fast. When you sleep your body is fasting,

when you wake you need to fuel your

body for the day ahead. This allows you to

have more energy, think sharper and keep

you going all day

Now its your turn, go check your diet and

see if it includes these principles
