I hate it when I walk into the cupboards and there is nothing in there

One of the first things that pop into my head when this happens is that I will just not eat

And we all know that, that isn’t a good idea

But then what am I suppose to do?

I have been working all day

Pushing the over 30’s guys and girls to get AMAZING results at our transformation studio

Then I get home and there is nothing in

What I should have done… is these simple steps:

1. Plan my meals for the week or even the night before

2. Buy any ingredients I don’t have already in

3. Try and make anything I can now to make my life easier

4. Have reserves in that are quick and easy to make so this never happens again

I should also read my own nutrition guide that I give to all my clients on the over 30’s program.

So my advice to you if you want to get AMAZING results just like my clients is to not copy what I do
