Welcome to another Workout Wednesday ?

This week you are going to need a box, as everything we are going to to is designed around the box.

We are going to be working for 30 seconds, then resting for 10.

Complete all 6 exercises, take a 2 minute rest. Then start again.

The goal is to complete 3-6 rounds, and will take you no more than 15 minutes
