My answer:

Walk! Walk! and Walk some more!

Food it 70-80% of your overall results, but getting the heart rate up and the muscle working will lead to the toning and shaping you want 🙂

Here is why…

In your legs you have so many different muscles

Now muscles are like light switches

The more of them you turn on, the more electric your use

Now with the muscles, the more you use them, the more calories you burn

This is why working out gets you STRONGER, FITTER and more TONED

By pushing, pulling and moving heavy stuff

You are using loads of muscle, that burn a load of calories

This will put you in a calorie deficit if you food is right

And it is in a calorie deficit where the weight loss happens
