Got sent a message on Facebook the other day from a Lady who was really struggling
Struggling with the thoughts she has running through her head
She told me how since her little boy became ill a few years back
Everything has become a real struggle, gaining over 2 stone in that time
It came to a tipping point the other day when she had a letter sent home from school providing a few healthy recipes and activities she and the children can do
She told me how this came as a bit of a shock to her as the school had only sent it out to her and nobody else
This is when I got a message from her asking for me help
She told me, that she now thinks she is a bad parent and if she carries on this way she may not be around for much longer

This came as a bit of a shock for me Especially as one of the main reason I Transform mums, is so they can be the best possible mum to there children
We looked over a few things, including her current diet and activities
Plus looked at what she had tried before and failed at
And it all come down to one thing…  Reasoning

Then I am afraid that it is never going to happen
No matter what you do or try

Then after a few weeks, you give up

Now I am delighted to say that this lady has reached that point and is on her way to an amazing body, transformation and life
