1. Don’t eat 3 hours before bed, you

body doesn’t need the energy. It will

just store it as fat

2. Include vegetables with every meal,

this will fill the plate and also your

belly

3. A mile a day, keep the belly away. If

you can walk 1 mile everyday (20mins

max), you will get back to your pre baby

body in no time.

4. 10 minute HIIT workout when you

wake and 20 minute BLAST workout

during the day at some point. These

will keep your body in Hyper Burn mode

while also toning your body.
