I was talking to one of the ladies in a session earlier about goal setting and how to reach her targets
Yes, we all know the basics of eating better and training will get us the results
It’s more of the reason why we don’t do it
Why we lack the motivation to do it
And why so many of us need a kick up the bum to do it
