14 weeks until Christmas and they are already out in force
Any way lets get to it….
It is Santa versus You
You do all the hard work up until the big day
Yet he takes all the credit, how is that fair??
Especially when you have been working hard, getting stressed, feeling tired & just want to get it over and done with
Will you really enjoy christmas as much as you want to?
Well if you follow these 3 NINJA tricks, I will be able to get you most of the way there
1. Carry a water bottle with you everywhere… Staying hydrated will make you feel full for longer, keeping away and craving you may have. Especially when there are cakes being brought in at work
2. A good starts in the morning, you have probably heard this a million and one times before but eating something when you wake is essential! An Apple, Banana, Carrot a few Cucumbers just something small
3. The is it worth it question… We all know what over eating or eating the wrong stuff does to us, and know we know how we want to feel when the big day arrives
So the question is, ‘ Is it worth it?’
Is 5 seconds of taste better than 10-15 lbs heavier by Christmas & having to tell your partner that he will have to take the brand new dress back he just got you because you have gone up a size or two!
