Struggle to get back into the swing of things on a Monday morning?

Feel like the weekend went to quick?

Well guess what it did and as the famous saying goes

“When you are having fun, time flys”

And yes the weekend flew by, so how can you possibly have a great Monday?

Well there is a few sneaky things you can do and it is something I have started doing

  1. Make a Plan for the evening after you finish work -> I don’t mean what on TV etc, make it fun. Do something different with the kids, play a board game with your partner. The more fun it is, the more exited you will be
  2. Don’t take work to heart -> This one is a little harder for me or if you have your own business. But once the work day is over, remove it from your brain and get back to you and what you like doing.
  3. Take it easy -> There is no point in killing yourself at work, simply because you will have nothing else to give when you get back home to loved ones. Look at ways you can make your work life easier
  4. Eat Positively -> Yes you knew it was coming somewhere, but if you start eating an apple you will instantly start feeling better about life and yourself

Now then, stop reading this. Get off Facebook and go make Monday a great day!
