More Than Just A Gym

Yesterday we were busy getting everything ready for the next few months

You see, DKnine Fitness is a little different to walking in a BIG Commercial gym where everyone is looking at you

Making you feel anxious and completely out of your depth

What we have been busy doing is planning all the events for the next few months

✅ On the 16th of February we are going for food to Zaika down at the Red Dragon Centre, followed by a few games of bowling

✅ 15th of March, we have a Yoga instructor coming in to run a Yoga session for all our clients

✅ 9th of April, we are celebrating our 1st year anniversary of opening the “Over 30’s” studio in Cardiff

✅ 25th of April, we are heading to SupaJump where it is booked exclusively for our clients for an hour and a half

✅ 16th of May, we have a Zumba instructor coming in to run a Zumba session for all our clients

You see DKnine Fitness is WAY, WAY, WAY more than just a gym or slimming club
