It’s a place that as soon as they step through the door, they are relaxed. They know for at least 45 minutes, they are going to forget the world and all that’s going wrong, and focus on their self

Something that not a lot of “Busy Over 30s” can happily say that they get time for anymore ????

We have a Community Room where your kids can watch Netflix, Use the Wifi and wait while you focus on yourself ????????

You can come in for a Coffee, have a chat with one of the team and put the world to rights ☕️

We have changing rooms and a Shower, so if you’re an early bird and want to get your session done first thing, you can head straight to work
