One of the most important times to eat is directly after your workout to aid weight loss, a blend of Protein and Carbs is massive in allowing the muscles to recover and do all there fat burning jobs.

Add the jelly to the boiling water. Stir well until the jelly has dissolved.

Stir in the whey protein. Top up with cold water.

Pour into dessert bowls or glasses and add the berries.

Refrigerate until set.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days,

Top Tip: If possible, use jelly which is free from artificial sweeteners, flavours, and colourings
