Today another simple formula ?
? You see we totally get that you have limited time in your life to follow any sort of complicated system
? You have even less time in your life, to cook elaborate meals
? And train in the gym for 2 hours at a time
We just keep it simple
We find the super simple formula which fits into your life and works for you
So today’s super simple formula is
You can ONLY have 3 meals a day ?
That’s it ?
Want Coco Pops and Nutella on toast for breakfast?
That’s fine ✅
Want a Pizza & a Beer for dinner?
That’s fine ✅
But here is the super simple formula
You are ONLY allowed to have 3 meals a day
No snacking in between
No can of coke in between
No costa coffee on the way home from work
You can eat what you want
But you are ONLY allowed to have 3 meals per day ?
