So this week, I want you to send
in your questions and I will
answer them:
 
How do I speed up Weight Loss?
 
As usual it starts with planning…
 
Unfortunately there is no sexy
answer to weight loss
 
Plan your week, note down when
your are working, when the
children have activities on, when
you have things on and your
partner does
 
Now you have a details guide you
are ready to lose weight FAST!
 
Ready….
 
First of all find a 20 minute block
in your time where you can
workout, yes you have to workout
 
3 times a week
 
2 of the days should be some sort
of high intensity moving, like the
10 minute daily workouts I upload
 
The 3 workout should be a nice long
walk
 
Next up is eating at the right times
in your planner, add in breakfast,
lunch and dinner
 
Then add in a small snack between
breakfast and lunch and lunch and
dinner
 
Now these are the only times you
eat!!!
 
Implement both of theses and lose
anything between 2-6lbs a week
