Now that is one long heading, but I needed to get everything you will still be able to do if you follow this 3 step nutrition rule to get that Body Transformation.
As you may have already guessed, I don’t believe in “DIETS”. They are probably the best way to not get the body you want.
Why? Simply because if you stop yourself from having the foods you love, then you will want them even more.
Then when you get to that day, you fill you bag full of them and feel terrible after.
What if then, you could still eat the food you love and do everything that is mentioned in the heading to get that body transformation?
Well here is exactly how to do it….
Step (1). Download “My Fitness Pal” app and begin login everything you eat and drink each and every day. No cheating and skipping things by not putting them in.
Step (2). Each night then, jump into the app and look at your “Macros”. They will need to look something like this:
> Carbohydrates: 40-50%
> Protein: 30%
> Fat: 30%
This may take a few days to adjust to the number, but once you start hitting them you will notice a Transformation happening 🙂
