Last week, I came across a few
photos of when I was younger
‘boy I wish I could be like that
How many times have you felt
And it got me a bit down,
because I remember the time
when I use to climb on walls
(sometime pretty big ones)
and then jump off.
We would pretend we were in
the army having to jump off
big walls to escape.
The reason it makes me sad is
because imagine I went back
to that wall now and started
climbing up and then jumping off.
People would be looking at me,
thinking ‘what the hell is this guy
But would they? this is the problem
for us all. We are now at an age
where we do things based on what
others think is right…
I have spoken to so many Busy
Mums just like you, who tell me
that they could never go to the gym
because people would be looking at
or if people saw me eating just lettuce
and seaweed they would think I was
some sort of weirdo
Lucky for you, I do know a place where
you don’t have to do either of those..
A place where you don’t have to even
step foot in a gym because you are
desperate to get back to your pre baby
I also shows you how to finally to lose
weight from ALL your problem areas,
REGARDLESS of what you’ve tried
and finally the 3 SECRET (but simple)
‘mindset tricks’ to stick you your diet…
even when you’re craving sugar or
And here it is:
David ‘In case you are wondering how
old I am, I am 25‘ Kyle
PS- it took me a while to do these email,
it was because I was scared of what
people would think about me.
I took me almost 4 months before I finally
got the confidence I needed to write to
you everyday and help guide you on the
path to where you want to go.
What gave me the confidence, well it was
having to think hard what I really want.
Do I want to still be in the same place, not
helping mums and working in my hatred
office job? or help Busy Mums who need to
take care of there family and take control of
my own life and go self-employed?
The answer was simple, so should yours
