When it comes to reach any goal in life,
no matter how small there are a number
of factors you need to do to get there.

These are the 3 P’s.
Todays example is a male adults wanting
to have the confidence to take his shirt off
at the beach.

1. Purpose,
Just saying you have a goal isn’t always
good enough.
You need to pick a goal and back it up
with Purpose. This then lead to making any
tough decisions easy and also gives you
the perfect motivation and drive to reach
your target goal.
The example, with his holiday fast
approaching. He wants to have the greatest
time without worrying what people are going
to think about his current physical appearance.

2. Planning,
Now you have chosen your goal, there is
no point jumping in all guns blazing and
doing anything.
You need to plan how you are going to
get their and what you are going to do.
The example: there is no point using all the
equipment in the gym. Each piece is there for
a reason, decide what is best for you and
plan your program.

3. Progress,
You have now reached your goal and you are
feeling great (The example he had a fantastic
holiday). The next step is what you call ‘relapse’
where you fall back into your previous state, with
no purpose or planning. The minute you fall
back into ‘relapse’ all your hard work will quickly
vanish (The example: worried about what people
will think). You now need to decide on how you
are going to progress into the future.
The example: does he move into a maintenance
program, staying in his new confident self. Or
does how build on this and begin a new goal?
