So most of you know, you are what you eat! If you eat a high Carbohydrate/Sugary diet you are more likely to gain weight, if you eat a high Protein diet you are more likely to improve muscle quality to an extent.
If you have been eating a healthy, well balanced diet then your insides should be in good order. On the other hand if your diet consists of a takeaway, fast food or high sugary diet your insides will be quiet the opposite.
Poorly maintained insides are likely to have blockages, cuts, bacteria and many more defect, that if not treated can be harmful or life threatening. A life threatening situation could be Clogged Arteries (Arterial Plaque) where a build up of High/bad cholesterol is at a stage of blocking the whole artery, which could lead to heart attack, stroke, and even death!!
So what can you do?
Well simply begin cleaning up your diet! Here is a quick 5 step process:
1. Write down what healthy meals you like to eat and find the receipts for the meals!
2. Map out your weekly meal plan! e.g how many meals a day & the times you eat.
3. Mass produce! Preparing meals after a hard days work is difficult, therefore plan a day. where you can mass produce all your meals. Box them up and freeze until you need them.
4. Hydrate correctly! Being just 3% dehydrated can quickly influence your decision making on eating healthy and going for a take away, be aware.
